Aim above morality. Be not simply good, be good for something.
When I was 5 years old, my mother always told me that happiness was the key to life. When I went to school, they asked me what I wanted to be when I grew up. I wrote down ‘happy’. They told me I didn’t understand the assignment, and I told them they didn’t understand life.
Dear City of Calgary/Mother Nature.
Stop it. Just stop it. This “summer” has been ridiculous. I truly believe that between the rain and the infrastructure, you’re trying to be Vancouver.
You’re not. You never will be.
So cut the rain and stop fucking up the roads without letting transit catch up (see, Vancouver has the edge on you with that for sure. Transit here sucks.) and maybe we can be friends again.
I was just starting to like you…and then you pull this.
